The result: A one of a kind residence in Puglia, where Danish design meets Mediterranean soul.

VIPP Guesthouses are curated design destinations that reflect the brand’s dedication to timeless aesthetics and functional living. Studiotoff was invited to bring this concept to life through architectural execution and full build. The house in Puglia is a sculptural response to the local vernacular: raw yet refined, minimal yet warm.

From the concrete detailing to the seamless integration of VIPP’s kitchen and interior elements, Studiotoff ensured that the structure and story would speak as one. It’s more than a vacation home it’s a quiet manifesto on collaboration, where Scandinavian precision finds a new language through Italian craftsmanship.
